Refunds:
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Sale items:
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCEPTIONS
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please Note

  • Toys must be in it’s original box.
  • Photos of proof of any damage, prior to using the toy

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund, however, please contact us for more details

Returns Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Sale items:
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges
Exchanges for toys/s are only valid within 15 days from the time of purchase.
We can exchange the item either for a similar priced or more expensive, but not cheaper item. There may be exceptions to exchanging for Selected Sale Items.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an EXCHANGE, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your exchange item (s) we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchange only within 15 days of time of purchase:
Once your exchange item ‘s’ is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Please make a note for which item you choose to exchange the item for. This must be clearly marked and written as part of the exchange shipping parcel.

To EXCHANGE your product, PLEASE INCLUDE A RETURN PACKAGE FOR RETURN SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
